Which Steak Buffet in Singapore is Worth to try?

Barossa Steak & Grill Steak buffet promotion

Sometimes, a satisfying steak meal is all about getting the basics right. The beef should be the highlight, the sides should complement it, and there should be enough variety to make the meal enjoyable. At Barossa Steak & Grill in VivoCity, diners can experience a grill buffet that puts steak alongside several other meat dishes and accompaniments.

Start with the Beef

When choosing where to enjoy steak in Singapore, the beef is a natural place to start. At Barossa Steak & Grill, Angus Rib Eye is one of the five meat selections available through its 90-minute à la carte grill buffet.

Rib eye is a popular steak cut for its balance of meat and fat. It is a suitable choice for diners who want a traditional beef-centred meal, while the wider menu gives them the option to try other dishes during the same visit.

Rather than limiting the experience to one cut, the buffet lets diners order from a selection that includes:

  • Angus Rib Eye

  • Applewood-Smoked St. Louis Pork Ribs

  • 36-Hour Braised Beef Cheek

  • Duo of Sausages (Pork & Lamb)

  • Barossa Coquelet

This mix makes the experience suitable for groups where not everyone wants to stick to steak.

The Side Dishes Matter, Too

Steak may take centre stage, but the supporting dishes can make a meal more satisfying. Potato sides are familiar companions to grilled meat, while vegetables and appetisers bring variety to the table.

Barossa's current menu includes Tater Tots, Creamy Mashed Potato, Mac & Cheese, Coleslaw and Wild Mushrooms. Diners can also order Sourdough Bread with Kombu Butter, Barossa Spin Spin Salad and Hand-Cut Calamari.

The combination offers different textures and flavours, from crisp potato bites to creamy sides and lighter appetisers.

A Grill Buffet for Those Who Like Options

Barossa's format differs from ordering a single steak with a fixed side. Its order-to-table buffet allows guests to order as they dine, with dishes served fresh to the table during a 90-minute session.

The buffet costs $58++ per person and includes the listed meat selections, appetisers and sides. The price is subject to a 10% service charge and 9% GST.

For an additional charge, diners can add Fresh Australian Market Oysters for $15 per person or dessert for $6 per person. Dessert choices include Caramel Flan and Ice Cream of the Day. Optional drink packages are also available.

This format may appeal to diners who want to share a meal and sample several dishes instead of choosing just one main course.

When Is the Best Time to Go?

Your preferred day may affect how you plan the visit. Barossa's published buffet schedule lists weekday lunch and weekend.
